Brand Ambassador Agreement

Morris Got Mail, actively supports the promotion of its products by selected individuals in the pet community. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your relationship with Morris Got Mail as a Brand Ambassador based in Europe or the UK.

By applying to become a Brand Ambassador for Morris Got Mail, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Endorsed Products:

Endorsed products are those sold under the Morris Got Mail brand name.

  1. Ambassador Requirements:

Your obligations as a Brand Ambassador are detailed in the Ambassador Requirements section provided during your application/invitation and accessible on your Ambassador dashboard, hereby incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Requirements include:

  • Follow on Instagram 
  • You are at least 18 years old and live in Europe or the UK
  • 1000+ real followers on Instagram
  • Share a minimum of three promotional posts monthly. Promotional posts can be stories, reels, or grid photos.
  • Active public social media presence on Instagram, with a minimum of 1000 followers and actively post.
  • Ambassadors are strictly forbidden from distributing discount codes on coupon websites. Any breach of this rule will lead to immediate termination from the program and loss of remaining credit. Ambassadors are required to comply with all applicable regulations regarding promotional content and emails.
  • Generate at least one commission sale per 60 day period.

Failure to comply with the requirements can result in termination, suspension, and/or rescinding of all store credit.

  1. Contract Territory:

As a Brand Ambassador based in Europe or the UK, your territory includes Europe and the UK exclusively.

  1. Promotion of Endorsed Products:

You commit to actively endorsing the Endorsed Products in line with their authorized use. Acceptable channels for promotion encompass:
1. your social media platforms
2. your website or blog
3. your youtube channel
4. non-spam emails to friends and family

  1. Prohibited Content:

Ambassadors must refrain from sharing content on any platform, as determined at the discretion of Morris Got Mail, that:

  • Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive material, or includes profanity or nudity.
  • Exhibits excessive violence or derogatory language towards any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, or age group.
  • Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or their use.
  • Displays obscene, offensive, hate speech, or supports hate groups.
  • Is obscene, offensive, endorses hate speech, or supports hate groups.
  • Contradicts the positive image and goodwill associated with Morris Got Mail.
  • Defames or includes disparaging remarks about individuals or entities
  • Violates any law.

You agree to hold Morris Got Mail, its officers, agents, assignees, and employees harmless from liability arising from the use or promotion of any Endorsed Product.

  1. Relationship:

This agreement does not create an employer/employee or employer/contractor relationship.

  1. Confidentiality/Use:

Any confidential information shared with you must be kept strictly confidential. Disclosure of such information will result in termination of this agreement and legal action.

  1. Intellectual Property:

You acknowledge and agree to grant Morris Got Mail unlimited and unencumbered use of any work product developed by you during the performance of services for Morris Got Mail. Work product includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, pictures, images, videos, recordings, taglines, hashtags, posts, commentary, and designs.

a. Ambassador grants Morris Got Mail permission to use Ambassador's name, social media account name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness in all media, now known or discovered hereafter, worldwide, perpetually, for any purpose without additional compensation or consent.

b. Ambassador is not authorized to use copyrighted content from other companies to promote Morris Got Mail’s brand. Morris Got Mail will not be responsible for disputes involving the unauthorized use of any other company's intellectual property.

  1. Term and Termination:

This agreement becomes effective upon the acceptance of your Brand Ambassador application by Morris Got Mail, starting from the date of acceptance. The initial term of this agreement is one (1) year and will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the term. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of arbitration failure, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in the Netherlands for any action or proceeding related to this agreement.

  1. Commission Credit:

As an Ambassador, you earn a standard 10% commission on all Net Sales generated through your marketing efforts. Net Sales exclude discounts, shipping, store credit, refunds, or taxes. Commissions are paid out via Paypal.

To receive credit, customers must use your unique discount code or link during checkout at Commissions are not applicable to your own orders. Fraudulent commission attempts will result in immediate removal from the Ambassador Program.

We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, or erroneous duplications. Additionally, we may defer or refuse commissions for disputed or rejected orders at our discretion.

You will receive your credit on a monthly basis for the preceding month, with a minimum payout threshold of €10.

  1. Removal:

Morris Got Mail reserves the right to remove any Ambassador from the Brand Ambassador Program.

  1. Modification:

We may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement in the future. You will be given thirty (30) days' notice of any significant changes. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the Agreement. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

  1. Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral.
