  • We ship to the EU, US, Canada, & Australia!

  • Shipping costs & timeframe are determined by your destination country & order weight - Please check your calculated rate and delivery timeframe at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To start a return log in to your Morris Got Mail account with your email. We'll email you a code in your inbox. Once you're in, go ahead and start your return or exchange.Keep in mind, all returns are subject to a 10€ restocking fee. If you prefer, you can also send us an email at hello@morrisgotmail.com. We're here to help!

    We do not accept international returns outside of the EU.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached. For a full detailed breakdown, please check out our return policy page.

  • If your order hasn't been handed over to our shipping carrier, you can cancel it. Simply send an email to hello@morrisgotmail.com with your cancellation request.

Product

  • At Morris Got Mail, we stand by our products with a friendly 1-year warranty on harnesses, collars, leashes, and carriers. If there are any defects or issues on our part, we've got you covered. Please note, though, that normal wear and tear isn't included in this warranty. Send us an email to hello@morrisgotmail.com with your order number so we can replace your item.
