  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To start a return log in to your Morris Got Mail account with your email. We'll email you a code in your inbox. Once you're in, go ahead and start your return or exchange.Keep in mind, all returns are subject to a 10€ restocking fee. If you prefer, you can also send us an email at We're here to help!

    We do not accept international returns outside of the EU.

  • At Morris Got Mail, we stand by our products with a friendly 1-year warranty on harnesses, collars, leashes, and carriers. If there are any defects or issues on our part, we've got you covered. Please note, though, that normal wear and tear isn't included in this warranty. Send us an email to with your order number so we can replace your item.
